If someone other than the natural or legal adoptive parent has custody of a student, a copy of the custody document must be on file in the student’s permanent record.
Students may not be “dropped” from the school or registered in the school except by the legal guardian or custodial parent. Identification must be presented and must match the custody document.
Any change in custody must take place after school hours.
